Chapell Lofts

A residential-led regeneration scheme in Camden, formed through the extension and conversion of a Victorian piano factory into a collection of loft apartments and associated commercial space. The project retains the character of the original industrial building while introducing new structural interventions, including vertical and lateral extensions and a basement addition, to increase density and functionality.

CDS was involved in the technical design and coordination of the scheme, supporting the development of detailed design information across new and existing elements. The role centred on integrating structural interventions within the retained fabric and delivering a coordinated, buildable solution through to construction.
