Holmes Road Development

A residential development in Kentish Town formed through delivering a small collection of high-spec apartments within a constrained urban setting. The scheme introduces additional storeys and external amenity spaces, creating contemporary living accommodation with expansive views across London.

CDS contributed to both the external design development and the interior design of the scheme, with a particular focus on the refinement of internal layouts, material selection, and detailed finishes. The role centred on creating cohesive living environments, ensuring that interior design intent was fully integrated with the architectural language and delivered to a high level of resolution.
