The Stay Club Colindale

A 19-storey purpose-built student accommodation scheme delivering high-density living adjacent to Colindale Underground Station. CDS was responsible for the coordination and technical development of the project, working to resolve the integration of a modular superstructure within a constrained urban site. The role focused on design management, buildability, and the delivery of a coordinated solution through to construction.
