The Stay Club Camden Town

A purpose-built student accommodation scheme located in the centre of Camden Town, delivering over 250 self-contained studios within a compact urban site. Positioned in a highly active and well-connected setting, the development combines private living units with a range of communal and amenity spaces to support student life.

CDS contributed to the detailed design and technical coordination of the scheme, developing integrated information across disciplines and supporting the progression of the project into construction. The role focused on aligning design intent with delivery requirements, ensuring a controlled and buildable outcome.
