A purpose-built student accommodation scheme in West London, delivering self-contained studio living within a well-connected urban setting. The development combines high-density residential provision with shared amenities, supporting flexible and contemporary modes of occupation.

CDS led the technical coordination and integration of the scheme, overseeing the development of detailed design information and supporting the transition from concept to construction. The role centred on resolving buildability challenges and ensuring a coherent, deliverable outcome across all project stages.
